I know there's a teamviewer agent for android, and of course many MDM suites offer remote control, but usually console is on a PC (and teamviewer in particular is both expensive, and a very not-deserving-one's-support company).
But, it means the possibility is there, so I hope a more useful tool exists and you can find it. :)
