I used to live in Indonesia. Everyone knows UFC since it is a sport. Some countries have their own fear factory, idol singing competition, dating shows etc. They make their own. It is like a franchise those programs.
But U will have UFC at bars in non English speaking countries.
Everyone in the whole world knows about Muhammad Ali, as a comparison.
I haven't seen TV for the last 20 years. I have never heard of most tv shows or who their hosts are.
