Had a convo once with my ma and my uncle in which she was surprised that both of us thought about suicide at semi-regular intervals. Not planning or anything but just thinking "yeah I could definitely just kms". For years now I have wondered if other people think about this as often as I do or if I'm an outlier. But I cannot find answers online since any search with the word "suicide" just gives you hotline numbers and articles about "getting better".
