I’ve switched my 2-3 coffee to one coffee in the morning and green/mate tea during the day. Made a reasonable difference in energy - helping me focus and not feeling ‘borrowing’ energy due to caffeine spikes, so I can’t willfully ignore or drink away how tired I am.\n\nCaveat is that I have to do something people with ADHD really don’t want to do - intentionally take some rest.",
