[the defendant] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death." It's somewhat disputed how many people died at the January 6 insurrection, but it was at least four. What do you think: too much of a stretch to say that their deaths "result[ed] from the acts" that constitute the violation of section 241? (Probably, but I can dream, can't I?)
