It used to be you could share papers on Twitter and other people would do the same and that made it useful to keep up to date with what was being published. Now it seems to be just high volume posters talking exclusively about what is wrong with the world. The chronological feed on Mastodon (and Bluesky) has fixed this to a certain extent, but I am just not seeing the value anymore.",
