冬 fuyu (npub1ahh…ju8w) Honestly, benzos are very good as long as you don't take them often enough for tolerance to build up, way safer than alcohol and more powerful. For anxiety based stuff they can be an absolute life saver. They're pretty easy to get a prescription for if you need them~
