As I was adding privacy policy and ToS to NIP-11 PR, a question occurred to me.
If I dont want to write to a relay, I can remove this relay from my relay list.
However, this does not stop others from propagating my event to relays I dont want my notes stored on.
Is there notation or concept of an anti-relay list - i.e. do not propagate my events here?
