As with all cooking, this was made loosely based on a basic recipe and with what I had on hand.
Turned out very well. Very complex taste, quite unique. I used gala apples which led to quite a sweet chutney, but I'd like to try with granny smith or other tart apples, too.
8/10, would make again.
