The forest itself is considered abundant, peaceful, cool and useful for conceiving children. With the noise, it closes.

Noise is disorder, or unspoken silent tensions. Also all kinds of inappropriate or non-normative actions by people: for example, marital disputes, gossiping about private or sensitive information, hoarding or not sharing, or taking small objects from others without returning them.
People who are reluctant to share, or people from hierarchical societies, are described as being "heavy-handed" : "bò-dìé na mabô ngudì".

Bragging, scolding or beating children, any action that could have a direct negative impact on the well-being of the group, is also noise.

"Calm that kid down! Do you want us to die?"

It is in everyone's interest to calm a crying child.
