Absolutely! Rights deprivation. Also depends upon and reinforces the myth that humans will/must clear cut the planet down to a mudball if using renewable woody heat... Hunting/fishing licenses are based on this "too many humans, too little wildlife" failacy... Then of course the corporations are given preferential access to wide swaths of natural resources while people are arrested for a fishing line in the water. The justifications are fractal, but it's always the same logic...
