Rainy Saturday morning project.
Made a bamboo trekking pole.
Materials: stick of bamboo, mule tape, copper pipe caps, bank line, clear epoxy
Weight is a bit over 9 ounces
(I made a pair a couple years ago, but I had a better piece of bamboo, so I'm replacing the smaller diameter one of the old pair. The dirty one pictured has been used on two backcountry hunts and performed excellent ly.)
