Same. I also yearn for that. Not only for the pleasure but mainly for the affection. But over time i came to realize that my affection would be hard to understand and most likely, not easily reciprocated.
That's why i turned to my stupid works. They may not be a good substitute, but i certainly consider my little stupid things my children and i love them.
