Here's my initial adaptation.\nhttps://www.flatbushgardener.com/2006/10/07/squash-and-pear-soup/\nI always make notes each time I make it, and adjust the recipe a bit the next time.\n\nBut today's soup (made yesterday, squash roasted the day before) is more or less like the original. Basically 4 parts squash : 2 parts pears : 1.5 parts onion. Can adjust toward sweet or savory with those ratios, and with liquid - e.g. veggie stock v. apple cider - and spices/seasonings.\n\n#Vegan #Soup #Cooking",
