Regarding exploitation, you've given a very specific imaginary scenario, where the alleged exploitee already has a big disadvantage in life and his manager might or might not want to take advantage of it. Anyway, in such a situation I'd ask, why does he need to rely on insurance from his employer? Once again, the problem lies in government regulation. (Health issues too, but we understand that that's no person's fault.)

As for agorism, it's just a practical approach to fight against the government via countereconomics. Otherwise it's the same as ancap. Konkin based his philosophy on Rothbard.

As for your question about corporations and concentration of power, it's currently caused by government subsidies, artificially low interest rates (cheap money) and very favorable regulations. Once again, government is the problem, not the solution.

On a free market, smaller companies do better thanks to higher flexibility. You can clearly see it by where the corporate donations go: mostly to (big gov't) Democrats, almost nothing to (pro-market) Libertarians.

Maybe check out mises.org to see what these economists with PhDs think and decide, if ancap is really such a naive idea.
