Another day, another ma po tofu craving. I messed up this time and didn't have enough of the right chili peppers or silken tofu, so I made it with what was on hand and it turns out jalapenos are ok in a pinch. It's not as good as with silken tofu but it's depressingly still better than a lot of what I can buy around here.
