I thought it was a boring, old, well-established fund, but I realize now it's very much its own cutting-edge thing. Great work, especially from Ben Price.
Also jb55 (nprofile…50kw) I just wanted to double check, are you aware of NIP 17 (PR 686)? You mentioned NIP 44 but not the new DM spec, which hides all explicit metadata except the recipient, including payload size and event creation time. It's definitely not ideal (there's still implicit metadata harvestable by relays, and no forward secrecy or post compromise security), but in my book it's "good enough" for now, whereas NIP 04 definitely isn't. I'd love to see support in Damus et al for the new messages, at least until someone smart enough to build the next standard can get it done.
