Reading about "Ghost Jobs" pisses me the fuck off. Companies posting jobs they're not intending to hire for because it makes it look like they have growth / are job creators, while also creating an underlying threat to current employees, "work harder, you might be replaced".
There needs to be regulation against this sort of shit, but companies always find a way to game the system, and I'm so sick of it.
