In other words, if we resettled two million immigrants in NY state over the next 25 years, we would just keep our population at the level it is now -- same infrastructure and level of services (though restructured, of course). The difference is that the population would be significantly younger and better able to support the working economy. Oh, and that the state economy would not experience a death spiral over the next few decades. Not a hard call.
