People are reporting their withdrawal addresses being changed without their consent on coinos.
https://stacker.news/items/1001011/r/dogCoinbase was just hacked, many other exchanges have been hacked.
I had a similar incident once where an onchain payment took place with my primal wallet without my consent. Primal did refund me but they didn’t know what happened.
