Keeping the body healthy is a moral obligation of every human being. And especially if you have to take care of others.
It is absolutely devastating and incomprehensible how few people take care of their body, the only one they will get in this life.
It's like it's a garbage can, everything is put in it, it's abused and neglected. And it remembers everything. And when the body has had enough, then everything comes to pay.
No health problem comes overnight, it is only a culmination.
