Yup. I’m paying for 100 MBit/s down, 10 up (not much more available here due to the vectoring setup on the site) and I’m currently receiving 15 down, 1.27 up, with the router reporting a maximum DSL capacity of 18/1.8. (I used to get at least 80-90 down, 10-12 up until a few weeks ago.)
