Pfister said "we don't make that model or the cartridges that go with it any more, so here, just pick new faucets." We did.. and then... they sent the wrong ones. Had to email them again (FWIW: rather than send them back, Pfister said to just donate the wrong stuff they sent me to Habitat for Humanity).. They sent out the correct faucets which we received on Thursday.
