Trying to sleep but my ankle is throbbing. I lectured for 1.5 hours on my feet, then spent some time walking around the library and at the service desk, was in my office for almost 2 hours, then on my feet again for 1.5 hours for the library tour. Ugh.
Got home, and hubby was playing a video game, and the reality of the ankle situation hadn't hit, so I cooked dinner, really just threw some chicken in the oven. But the up and down on top of the work standing, did me in.
So hubby just took the ice off and wrapped my for and ankle in an ace bandage. I'm hoping that helps with the swelling.
