airbnb is one of the first companies that switched their support to 100% AI. Calls + Chat. Even if it pretends to be Human, it's not. In the past those system had an exit like 'May I speak to a human?' This has been removed now. If you don't comply with the (unknown) expectations of the AI, you will be downvoted.
