work journeys are a bit different and I can see how WiFi is useful there. Most of my trips are UK only and for complicated reasons not all of my work journeys are paid for. In particular, peak time fares, which are required to get anywhere in time for meetings, are horrendous (yes, there's split ticketing etc but it shouldn't be needed).
