So #RishiSunak & #MichaelGove's plan to 'support' house building by removing a key regulation on #housing developments' impact on water courses has been defeated in the House of Lords (responding in part to lobbyitng/advice from #environmental groups).
This means to revive the removal of 'nutrient neutrality' requirement a new act would be required & as #Labour has now stepped back from an initial hint it might also deregulate, the latest threat to the UK's #rivers looks to have abated.
