i have decided that WSL and windows apps is too poopy
i am just going to run a hypervisor ubuntu 24
what prompted this was trying to get the cgo secp256k1 to work
compiles, makes objects, puts them in a place that seems to not be normally searched, even though this is normal for ubuntu, and even when i link the object to a directory that it does search, all the tests fail and i know they work on linux, sooooooooooooooo
virtual machine it is
