The US Court of International Trade has concluded Trump did not have the power to raise tariffs on US imports.
The Court rules that the Executive Orders were 'invalid as contrary to law'.
Trump will likely appeal on the basis that the Court's dismissal of his declaration of an 'economic emergency' that his claim to the power to impose tariff rests, is mistaken.
No wonder he's trying to limit/stop the impact of such judgements - see Robert Reich's argument (recently posted).
