Saint Priest Martyr Constantin Sârbu served at the Antim Monastery in Bucharest. Arrested in 1958 for his faith, he endured brutal interrogations and torture by the Securitate, Romania's secret police. He refused to renounce his belief or betray his flock. He was sentenced to death and died in Aiud prison in 1958. May his sacrifice inspire us to stand firm in our faith, even in the face of adversity.
