But like you said, they just look at the market and sit in the driveway. The house is much more impressive on the inside. I think the $20,000 is the housing market.\n\nI just got the bathroom and the kitchen completely gutted and redone. I'd love for them to come in and see that. Is that something I can request or just give them a list of renovation? Pictures?",
