The fine is on par with the Platinum Preppy re: smoothness. But the line is thicker on account of it being a Schmidt nib. The medium is buttery on my Hobonichi. Very wet writers, both of them.
The rollerball is difficult to tell, because it's almost jarring when I switch between the other two "normal" nibs. The pigment ink works great in it though.
And I have small hands, so the grip isn't uncomfortable for me, but my husband hated them. Too slim for him.
