So, today in Milwaukee kids stole a car. Then tried to steal another one on the college campus I work at. Got caught. Fled. Hit a cyclist then crashed into several parked cars. They were going so fast they wedged under the parked cars and forced two of them on top of their car. This was the view from my window a block away.
