Judge Tony Baumgartner, at Southwark crown court in London, told the American singer, 36, that his bail conditions would allow him to continue his scheduled world tour, which includes dates in the UK in June and July.Brown was told he must lodge a £5m security fee with the court, which is a financial guarantee to ensure a defendant returns to court and may be forfeited if they do not.
