Well, my new AMD RX 7900 GRE GPU seems to be causing crashes and locking up my system after 40 mins of gameplay. I opened a drm/amd issue[1] with all the dmesg dumps, but this leaves me wondering what to do.
I still have a few days to return the GPU. But what's the alternative? Other new AMD cards also seem to have random issues (looking through drm/amd + anecdotal). Get NVIDIA and suffer a half working driver (as a Wayland compositor dev)?
