Even going by the NAP, the fact is they're targeting your sleep and making it impossible to live and depending on the situation that can be interpreted as borderline noise terrorism. You already know for example how much I hate the fucking Palestinian protestors setting off fireworks at 3:00am all years. That kind of thing is almost certainly fucking up the wildlife as well.
