Hey fedifolks,
Can someone explain to me why I need separate accounts for lemmy and pixelfeed?
Choosing an instance once was already pretty hard for this and while I get the idea of different communities with different values, just getting a list of random strings/domains during onboarding is super opaque…
Like, so many questions… (how) can I browse their public feeds to make an informed decision? can I move/redirect accounts on these other apps, too or does it depend on the instance software?
