I've been using Beancount since ~2018 and am *very* happy with it.
In fact, I like Beancount so much that I wrote a book about getting new users up to speed (link in profile in case anyone reading this is interested).
Also, I *think* npub1lf7sddluprkqntptesvjgads5c7pd4y8unkmkukte42lew2j3nfq2nzth0 (npub1lf7…zth0) is using Beancount for business use, as it seems like that's one of your requirements. 🙂
