I used to be absolutely terrible about this personally. Always felt the need to dominate the conversation, and didn't know how to shut my mouth and LISTEN.
This was one of my motivators to start a podcast - I knew it would force me to become better in this area.
Hopefully it has. I'll let y'all be the judge!
