That's the standard challenge to any radar/lidar enforced ticket actually issued by a traffic cop and it should be no different for camera tix.
If everyone who gest a camera ticket does this, the cities using this approach will LOSE more $ than they'll gain by issuing the tickets and, lets not fool ourselves, the issuance of traffic tickets is NOT about slowing drivers down, it's about raising $ for the city involved.
