18. How do you combat writer's block?
I've heard people say that writer's block isn't a thing because you just put your butt in the chair and write.
My own experience is that although that's true, life often creates legitimate blocks (hello chronic illnesses, fatigue, sudden life circumstance changes).
Journaling is my main tool. It helps with a lot with working through the emotional and mental strain of things that keep butt out of chair.
