1 eat beef first. If you're fat, eat beef only.

2 change your environment/situation/habits to make more movement easier. Or make sluggish behavior more difficult. If you have will power, lifting heavy shit is a good.

3 Learn sleep hygiene.

4 Get direct sunlight. Especially in the morning.

5 consider the quality of your community, love, and connections.

6 study fasting. Increasing your daily fast to more than half the day (12+ hours) is a good start. Yearly, monthly, weekly - some kind of reoccurring longer fast is beneficial. 60 hrs if you're in good health. Multiple days or weeks if you have enough stored calories for it.
