Oops. I was trying to get a finer coffee grind so that the bloom wouldn't immediately flow through and I could do the slurry swirl, but instead I made it too fine and the chemex took 6 minutes to brew.
Someday, I will get a grinder with settings instead of a wheel and I can just make small adjustments.
