In the last coding assignment in my class I have some some functions that look like they should be really useful, but are not. In lecture (not recorded) I tell students not to use them.
Then I wait and take note of who asks questions about how to use those functions on the class bulletin board. My response is "I explained what to do with these in class".
Am I evil?
