Yes, yes nostr needs to be better than the best social media experience out there with 0.01% of the budget, at the same time it needs to replace the internet, solve the bitcoin as a medium of exchange problem and fix digital identity.

TBH nostr doesn't work for people looking to just replace X/Instagram with the "current thing" .

But it does work for people the need for it to exist.
If enough people need nostr to become the best experience, it will.
Until then, it will continue working for people who's needs nostr fulfills even in its current state.

If Nostr is going to grow it needs to be a stable protocal for the masses to use. Many people are not going to like something breaking or being unusable, especially if the client or app is specific to their need.

Stability is key.
