For a few months now, I've noticed that the chemtrail conspiracy theorists have decided en masse that they are cloud seeding intended to cause floods. Contrast to the previous situation where all they could agree on was that it was the government and bad.The most dominant version is that the purpose of the floods is to simulate climate change symptoms.
Does anyone know of a source that tracks disinformation narratives over time? I'm curious as to when this one actually appeared and where.
