Calling things I find useless or disagree with fiat is unproductive and reflects a poor attitude toward communication.
I'm going to work on that.
Shame is usually not the best tool for most jobs. Shame is a weapon that can very easily wound unintended targets and should be used sparingly, if at all. It can also be used without necessarily realizing it, so caution must be taken.
I don't like being shamed either.
Complex topics should probably be addressed in a form that isn't a short note on a phone.
Lesson learned.
It's best to think through statements and how others may interpret them. What I think I am saying may not be what others hear/read.
Saving a draft for a cooling off/thinking period is probably smart.
Having an opinion is okay, but it's probably not very effective to automatically dismiss other opinions by using judgemental language.
This is a big one for me.
Much to think about on the topic of communication (especially short form).
I'm a very flawed human. Working on it.
