I missed the move this past week, when CEP opened at 30 to hit 60 in 2 days flat. I ended up with a small position, and will continue to add/research.
This whole ordeal with the reverse SPAC merger has been carefully engineered, with the float, voting rights, 42k BTc, etc .. it has the markets attention for sure!
And I am following closely, it market cap needs to be fully valued for its very holdings. Which I do realize will be in a few stages but ultimately 42k , presently valued around 3.5B. It needs this so it's ATM offerings can be fully accretive, like Strategy. (5x to 7x)
If not, it will lagg initially in performance, but the kicker I think is, it still has a 2x conservativly and can easily see $100 per share!
You know these billionaires will have some kickers built in, jic
