I am not sure that is 100% true. Most businesses will still include taxes in prices.
At least so far I didn’t get a 21% VAT discount when paying in cash and/or Bitcoin.
But that’s ok, from my perspective it’s 21-more-percent a business can leave in their pocket, improving margins, rather than sending it to the state.
