Just had an appointment with my primary care physician and I took the opportunity to ask if we should pull an MMR titre because I don't remember when my last MMR vaccine was, and Republicans are enabling multiple measles outbreaks.
A titre shows the concentration of antibodies in your system.
She was thrilled that I asked and also suggested a Varicella (chicken pox) titre.
So if you can't remember when your last MMR vaccine was, maybe message your doc and ask for a titre? Measles is scary.
